I have always had the desire to advance within every company I've been employed by.
I started with the Traa Corporation as crew. 3 months after starting the owners sold the McDonalds located in Walmart. I was chosen to be kept by the original owners so that I would not be included in the sale of the store. I was then put into training for 2nd Asst. I went to a Basic Shift management course in Pennsylvania where I made Dean's List with a 90% for the course. Upon completion of my training I was made 2nd Asst. in one of the Traa families 5 store chain. I raised customer service within 3 months and was able to bring back customers that had sworn they would never dine at that restaurant again.
I am currently working at Hagan & Hagan's Taco Bell in Morehead City, N.C. I have been with them since April 2012. In this time frame I have received 3 out of 4 Core Inspections on my shift. I received a 73% (yellow) on my first core inspection. On my second I received a 94% aquiring the first Green the Morehead City store had ever seen in its history. I just recently received a 80% on my third inspection. Along with this, I received a 96.9% on the last Health Inspection.
I have also managed in retail for 2 years on the Atlantic Beach Circle in N.C.

I received 1 1/2 months of training at the Havelock store under management. I was then placed ahead of schedule in the Morehead City store due to lack of qualified leaders. I then continued my training and was running my own shift within 2 weeks. I was offered Lead Asst Manager by the store manager and accepted.
I Excel in customer service. I Maintained a clean and friendly environment at all times even through high peak sale hours. I helped to rebuild and maintain customer relations. The crew respected me and worked to the best of their ability 100% of the time.
I was given my choice of the 5 stores owned by the Traa Family by the district manager. I was an employee several years before returning to work for them. The district manager who offered me the choice was my store manager at that time. I chose to work in the McDonalds located inside the Walmart Department store in Mays Landing N.J. The Traa Family decided to sell that location and because of the frequent visits by the district manager and her witnessing my work ethics and leadership skills she recommended to the Traa family that they aquire me from the new owners. From there I was placed in training for 2nd Assistant. I received 1 week of training on running a shift and was then placed in the Mays Landing store for more training.
I enjoyed working with the Traa family and regret having to relocate due to a family crisis.
I received Dean's List with a score of 90%.
