  • Assist General Manager in managing a 500,000 square foot, multi-tenant high rise located in Chicago's West Loop.
  • Responsible for administering the lease on behalf of the Landlord as well as ensuring that Tenant is compliance with all specified Tenant obligations.
  • This includes the abstracting and coordinating with the accounting team to ensure appropriate billing of rent charges.
  • Oversee monthly collections of over 1M in funds, maintaining high payment rates by building positive relationships with tenants, including working with Client Accounting Services to manage the accounting process and directs on-site bookkeeping functions and collection process.
  • Responsible for review of accounts receivable aging report to ascertain status of collection and balances outstanding.
  • With approval from the client, submit tenant accounts to attorney for collection.
