During my 13.5 year Elko District BLM career, I have served under a supervisory position for 10 of those years. Assistant Center Manager 2009-2013 and Engine Captain 2001-2005.
I Have received 4 On-the-Spot awards for varying reasons during my tenure on Elko District.
Served as lead instructor for our annual D-110/ROSS class for the past 5 years, Elko Districts B-3 Basic Aviation Safety instructor 2007-2010, part of the instructing cadre for the Nevada State BLM Rookie School 2002-2004 and lead instructor for L-380 'Followership to Leadership' 2005.
Every EPAP has been ranked as Superior for the last 5 years.
Oversaw anywhere from 3-5 employees assuring that their recurrent mandatory training was finished before deadlines and conducted initial, mid-season and final EPAPS for those employees. Mentored employees so that they understood the finer details of all positions within EIDC and ensured that employees were provided with the appropriate training in order to be successful. Contributed to and supervised a highly efficient team, sometimes working in complex challenging environments with long days and heavy workloads.

Each course was 2 weeks long with a total class time of 40 hours per week with course work on the weekends and every evening. I finished the program with a 3.38 cumulative GPA
Course and earned 24 credits towards a degree.
