As a Kennel Trainer in the highest operational MWD Kennel in Navy Region Europe I managed MWD Teams (MWD and assigned Handler), ensured proper care of our kennel facility was upheld, maintained vital training and legal records, and organized required training evolutions and certifications.

  • Conducted over 1200 hours of explosives detection and patrol dog training while assigned to work 3 MWD's.
  • Successfully completed a deployment as an individual with assigned MWD to Camp Lemonnier in Djibouti, Africa where my assigned K9 and I provided explosives detection capabilities for one of the Navy's most critical installations.
