  • Started at Hood in a startup team in 2000. The walls were still being built at the time. Had three paper lines and two ESL lines along with two Sidels. We grew the business to nine paper lines, two ESL lines and two Aseptic lines with an annual output of 150 million gallons.
  • Highly involved in starting up three Sidel Blow molders in the first 3 years. Two SBO 18s and one SBO 20.
  • Documented and resolved equipment efficiency issues on our 96oz milk line which led to 13% increase in production efficiencies. (65% -78%) Lead a team of four team members that work diligently on refining SOP's, making sure the PM program was effective and efficient, all equipment was running to expected line rates and all cleaning procedures where being followed to reduce turn times
  • Achieved efficiency improvements on multiple lines by completing RCA and PIT teams with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Led a Yield Sprint team that saved the company $150K a month by developing a weight control program and establishing new habits within the production teams. We were able to reduce a 4-6 gram overage per bottle to a 0 or negative gram per bottle improvement. Also streamlined the purge process to reduce loss during purges.
