Responsibilities included; answering customer service calls for Verizon Wireless. During these calls this position required you to assist customers with their questions or concerns, give them basic technical support assistance, sell them new devices, assist them with choosing the best plan for their needs, explaining, analyzing, and correcting customers' bills, knowledge and use of industry specific software and documentation of all calls. This position was full time, and most times overtime was mandatory.
