Responsible for supply functions including ordering office supplies and materials, checking items against acquisition documents for completeness and resolving discrepancies with the vendors and shipping.
Planned and coordinated logistics and materials for committee meetings and staff events.
As Timekeeper for the office, am responsible for computer input of time/attendance reports for all employees. Answers employees questions cnerning pay, hours of duty and leave balances.
Prepares payroll for office employees. Maintains and updates all payroll and personnel folders.
Coordinator for Employee Office of Workers Compensation Program (OWCP) ensuring completeness and accuracy of forms to be submitted for approval. Originated excel report to track status and completion of requests.
Assist the Record Office to process incoming incident reports, update case files, provides case status updates upon request from upper management, create new files, purge and modifies files to archives, destroy files, fax and photocopy files, store and extract file information from computer.
