Issue any and all employee/consultant ID clearance badges for UPS Corporate Information Services (Technology personnel). The population serviced numbers over 5000 and includes employees in New Jersey, Maryland, Georgia, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Oregon and Texas. Assigned specific site and area clearances as required. Process all vendor/contractor invoices. Bills are reviewed and entered into our Oracle (Release 12) Web application OASIS, and routed to appropriate approval levels for further processing. Process all employee/consultant separations. Steps in this process include: removal of person from all pertinent databases, coordinating with Data Security in the deactivating of any and all IDs, passwords, access tokens, etc. Recovery of any items such as company issued ID cards, credit cards, parking passes and/or laptop PCs and cellular devices. This includes removal of all access badge clearances and recovery and destruction of physical badge. Controls are maintained for immediate and high risk separations as well.
