Administrative Assistant to the Office of Administration, my primary duties and responsibilities consist of managing the Gateway National Recreation Area Housing Program, which consists of 7 Residential Properties with over 100 individual units.
Managing Housing Program entails ensuring historical integrity of our properties are cared for, as well as ensuring our properties are safe and up to code (fire, flood, etc) and the properties are routinely maintained, according to NPS standards. I am also responsible for Housing Inspections, managing vacancies/occupancy, ensuring our housing database is as accurate as possible in terms of property details, rental rates, tenant contact information, etc. I am also responsible for managing seasonal employee/dormitory housing.
