  • Reports will include detailed explanations of and actions taken in response to all unmet immigration recommendations for participant terminations based on noncompliance.
  • Ensure timely submission of quarterly and ad hoc reports documenting services received by each participant including dates, participant names, organization names and a brief narrative of each service that address the identified need for the service and whether it is recurring or a single appointment.
  • Approve and monitor facility expenses, review monthly budget, and P&L reports.
  • Provide immediate notification to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and appropriate ERO staff upon becoming aware of any serious or emergent incidents, including, but not limited to, loss of accountability of a participant's whereabouts, participant arrest on criminal charges, or participant hospitalization.
  • Ensure that monthly audits are performed to evaluate program operations within all area offices for compliance with the Quality Control Plan and contract requirements.
  • Ensure that corrective action plans are implemented in a timely manner when necessary.
