I project positive energy, which makes me a good teammate. Currently, I have decided to continue my education in IT because of my passion for computers and the growing field of technology. I plan to deliver my expertise to the world through IT help desk learning work environments that focus on new innovation.
I am an accredited beauty consultant with 12 years experience in customer service. Through progress, learning, training and proper use of implementing my tools of expertise, I strive to provide each and every customer with my product knowledge and services.
Currently, I am studying network administration and help desk support at Brensten Education and I cannot wait to apply my customer service skills to a technical field.
Recently, I have achieved Microsoft certifications in MTA 98-367-Security Fundamentals, MTA: 98-349-Operating Systems, MTA:98-365-Server, MTA: 98-366-Networking Fundamentals and currently pursuing MCP: 70-680 Windows 7 Configuring, MCP: 70-640 Microsoft Server 2008 Network Infrastructure and MCSA (MCITP): 70-685 Microsoft Enterprise Desktop Support certifications. I have also completed certificates related to basic IT skills and service desk performance.
