I am Claudia Sanchez Industrial Designer, Project Manager and Professor with PhD. in Design. I have been in the Corporate and Education fields for over 20 years leading, applying, teaching human-centered Design for a variety of projects that include products, services, processes, and systems.

Led the cross – cultural process for Hispanic First Year Students assisting parents in the transition of their children to the American campus.
Collaborated with a multidisciplinary teamwork in the research of ‘Aesthetics Properties in Spaces' examining the relationship between the appreciation of those aesthetic properties (form, color, texture, symbolic meaning) and affective connection of users with spaces in Health Buildings: Kangaroo Care, Children's Dialysis Center for children, Adolescent Depression Treatment.
Supported from conceptualization to curricular design the local market workforce training for rehabilitation of young male and female guerilla. We partnered with government agencies and local business to provide a local market workforce in five different regions of the country. Designed the instructional contents, and delivery modes for training.

This tool is also a data generating research to identify the key aspects related with academic performance, cultural integration, and more.
Coached Design Thinking to entrepreneurs and small business owners focused on product design and development including conceptual design, aesthetics of product, prototyping, validation, business modeling, user testing, customer service, among others; as a result, over 300 individuals were trained, over 100 business models became a startup, over 100 new products (analog, digital, and hybrid) were implemented.
Coached Design Thinking for Educators to develop engaging courses and research's initiatives focused on adult's learning programs for workforce training purposes.
Led the project Academy: a workforce training partnered between LG Electronics and Colombian Public School by providing the curricula, materials, facilities, learning experience for product training, call center assistance, installation, and maintenance. I led the project including institutional agreement, budget, schedule, and teamwork coordination. Since 2017 around 2000 technicians have been graduated, contributing with the effectiveness of service, cost of warranty reduction, satisfaction customer index's improvement, and employment opportunities.
