The commercial lease for your property expires on February 1, 2015 and I wanted to write you to let you know that Tenant Commercial Properties will not be seeking to renew the lease agreement with you. We will be selling the property to a foreign interest and the property is going to be converted to high-rent apartments.
Over the years, you have been the ideal tenant. Your rent payments were always early or on time and you never caused damage to the facility. You always cleared any physical changes to the property with our office and we appreciate your attention to detail. If you require a reference letter for future properties, please let me know and I will be happy to provide one.
As you have been able to see, your area has started to turn into a high-income housing area for people who are interested in living in the city. We found an opportunity to take advantage of that trend and we jumped at it.
