When it comes to developing a high quality recommendation letter you want to express, more than anything, what this person can do in the real world. Felicity Weeks,

I am writing this letter to recommend Stephanie Stephens for the position of store manager. Stephanie was the store manager at Hartman Retail, my business, for six years, and in that time she did an excellent job in keeping the store running smoothly and successfully. From managing employees, offers and promotions, and floor design, she truly had her hands in everything, and always did great.

Stephanie had the most responsibility of any person in the store: delegating and assigning tasks, setting schedules, organizing merchandise, managing stock and inventory, and monitoring pricing, just to name a few of her tasks. However she also handled the long-term goals and vision for the business, and did a fantastic job in developing our plan and ensuring the business grew.

I worked closely with Stephanie in developing financial goals, plans and promotions, and she always impressed me with her insightful ideas. Stephanie is truly the full package, intelligent, hard-working, and independent. She worked well with the team but also took initiative herself. Overall she was one of my best employees, and I recommend her very highly.

Regards,

Ray Johnson
