Started as a shipper/receiver where I received packages in, inventoried them and put away on shelving with forklift.
Shipped packages using ups, fed ex and dhl.
Writing and printing shipping labels, weighing the packages and calling for pickups.
I did that for 2 years then asked to move on to hot isostatic pressing operator where I would use forklift to get jet engine parts from shelves and bring to the machine where I build loads of jet engine parts and medical replacement parts using a crane then using cnc machine to load furnace and start procedure.
I then moved to the heat treat area where I built loads of medical replacement parts and jet engine parts and loaded them into furnaces and ran them start to finish using computer to maintain temperature, check for broken thermocouples and keep track of run time.
Also had to check that all test materials were in the run as well as make sure all parts were temperature compatible with each other.
I also did some Maintenance and troubleshooting on machines using helium leak detector and do thermocouple calibration monthly.

Used custom blueprints to cut different types and thicknesses of metal on 16 foot cnc shear.
Operated forklift to bring skids of metal to the shear.
Programmed shear to cut metal to specified sizes using aluminum, steel and stainless steel ranging from 1/8th inch up to ½ inch thickness and 60 inches wide by 170 inches long.
Used various power tools, pneumatic tools, plasma cutter, punch presses, notching machines and brake presses.
Some steel welding as well as some tig welding and a lot of fuse welding stainless steel.
