Receiving: Reports and Testing documentation of all equipment

Shipping: All small parcel orders shipped within 24 hours. LTL orders shipped 2-3 business days. Coordinated pick up and ready dates with carriers as well as negotiated quotes and rates for transportation service.

Repairs: Worked with on site repairs dept. and partner facilities. Managed cost, tracking of repairs, and customer service.

Senior Operations Warehouse Manager Quality Custom Distribution Apopka, FL,

Packing Dept: Coordinated efforts of 50+ associates. Packing functions included both RF scan Pick n Pack and solid case labeling. Prioritizing orders by Ship and Cancel window. Review routing guides for compliance. Special Projects for Sam's Club and Costco include Building Displays and Filling them with product according to customer requirements in assembly line formation. Maintain staffing and production records.

Order Pulling: Mostly done through Allocation and Waving process in WMS. Delegated daily activity to Forklift and Reach Drivers to ensure priorities were in line with Packing Dept's needs.

Put Away and Rack Storage: Monitored Direct Put Away for accuracy and efficiency. Non Direct Put Aways were monitored with Inventory Reports generated from WMS. Location ID of stored pallets were hand written on reports and checked in system upon completion.

Shipping Dept: Worked closely with Clerical Office Staff and Shipping Floor Supervisor. Daily operations began with review of Shipping Log, staging completed orders a day prior to carrier pick up date. Create BOL and check carton count accuracy on dock. Orders scheduled to ship and not completed were addressed during morning OPS meeting. Oversight of Shipping Clerical Team members: Schedule LTL carriers not directly scheduled through the routing process and work with carriers when issues arouse with orders. Review routing guides for both BOL and shipment compliance.

Receiving: Staff consisted of Unloaders, Forklift operators, and RF Scanners. All cartons were RF scanned and built to a pallet number ID. Summary Reports were ran in WMS and used for verifying against packing list for accuracy. Reported OS&D's. Non RF shipments were reported through manual tallies and entered manually in WMS for visibility. All containers or LTL shipments received were reported as soon as they backed up to the Receiving Dock. Shipments needed to be verified and confirmed within 48 hrs. Daily Dock Check Full/Empty.
