  • Oversee product delivery and implementation of SBA One, Cabinet level initiative to develop intuitive, electronic loan origination platform. SBA underwriting efficiency improved by 67% for loans less than $350,000 and 53% for larger loans from FY 2016 to FY 2018.
  • Mentor peak client service staff of 22 employees to fulfill over 7,000 monthly client inquiries related to CARES Act, SBA One, SBA Form 1502 reporting, SBA Annual Fee verification and servicing loans sold on SBA 7(a) and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) secondary markets.
  • Administer online communications and product training curriculum, consisting of 50 – 60 modules annually, for external stakeholders across all 10 SBA regions.
  • Enhanced SBA lender loan payment reporting by 62% from Fiscal Year 2013 to Fiscal Year 2018 through construction of revised SBA Form 1502 validation rules administered through online web portal.
