At 54 I became passionate about nutrition and fitness. Now at 58 I have experienced the positive change and direction of my own health and vitality. Now its important for me to spread the news that others can experience optimum health by making positive changes to their daily lives to regain their fitness and vitality.
I believe in holistic nutrition. Fitness and true healing should be focused on helping others find balance and inner peace through lifelong physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Working at Ballys Sport Club will give me the opportunity to accomplish this goal.
My nutritional background will be an asset as I inform clients on how nutrition plays such a positive role in our health, our performance and our recovery after workouts. My goal is to add to my repertoire certification as a fitness instructor.
