  • Purchasing Systems & Procurement to Payment (#P2P) COE: Lead a team of thirteen (13) professionals and a SAP/Ariba vendor support team of fifteen (15) consultants who act as the core P2P COE team responsible for the strategy, design, testing, deployment and post Go-Live application management and enhancements of the transformational CVS Health Ariba P2P Program. The CVS Health Ariba P2P Program automates Supplier Performance Management, Sourcing, Contracts, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Invoices and Payments; by integrating directly with suppliers and the various CVS Health ERP/Payment Systems for all Non-Merchandise/Indirect Categories.
  • Contract Administration & Purchasing Compliance: Lead a team of eight (8) professionals responsible for tracking and storing legal records of all non-merchandise contracts and associated negotiation correspondence and providing any documentation required in support of litigation, compliance audits, financial audits, service sector market analysis, and Pharmacy Benefit Management RFPs.
  • Vendor Performance Management: Lead a team of dedicated resources responsible for process and compliance strategy and overall management of the ongoing performance of supplier/subcontractors supporting the implementations of various CVS Caremark clients. The Vendor Performance Management Team ensures that suppliers comply with contractual obligations, federal and state Healthcare laws, data security requirements, CVSH Corporate Polices, and Service Level Agreements (“SLAs”).
