  • As a strategic business partner to operations and corporate leadership, I determine current skills gaps and developing action plans for future potential operational talent gaps.
  • Key functions: Successfully scaled Talent Development needs from 300 associates to over 1400 associates.
  • Reduced time to fill for leadership positions from 60 days to under 30 days.
