  • Develop and maintain consistent policies and practices to ensure quality, efficient and effective results. ·       
  • Pre-construction development of all projects. Consulting on conceptual estimates for clients prior to the design consultant phase, on single story to multiple story high rise buildings to complete site development, in order to determine the feasibility of a project. ·       
  • Oversee new construction and renovation of capital improvement projects from inception to completion. ·       
  • Review bid documents and construction contracts.  ·       
  • Coordinate with architect, engineers, design consultants, contractors, vendors and suppliers, during document completion and VE process. Lead the company in evaluating alternatives during the conceptual and design development phase. ·       
  • Accountable for identifying and aligning all required resources to execute construction activities. ·        Prepare RFPs for the consultants (architects, engineers, etc.), manage the A & E team and construction documents. Manage and support a multi-state team working in diverse locations throughout New Jersey & New York. Analyze, monitor, and prepare on-going project reports regarding project status, financial updates, budgets and time frames. ·       
  • Coordinate the design, approval and construction of unit improvements and renovation projects for the assigned assets within the company's portfolios.    
  • Prepare detailed development schedules and timelines, conceptual cost estimates and pro-forma budgets.        
  • Work with the principals and prospective lenders in helping to secure construction financing. Oversee the construction process to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of project.
