  • Quarterbacked the launch of a $6 Million self-funded health benefits program, which has enrolled some 1,000 employees in quality benefits nationwide, while saving member organizations several million dollars.
  • Developed a new model and tools for evaluating outcomes across the network’s 300 member ministries, raising outcomes measurement across the network from 30 percent of ministries to 70 percent of ministries that now collect and analyze outcomes data.
  • Created new programs and education opportunities to facilitate a strategic shift in ministry philosophy from a focus on crisis services (relief) to an overall life-transformation focus (development).
  • Managed and provided coaching for a board acceleration program for the boards of member organizations that has, so far, transformed the board cultures of about 60 ministries.
