Core Accomplishments
  • Oversaw the program development and led a team of 10 professionals that executed an integrated, strategic communications campaign to launch Fidelity's Powerstreet Online Trading offering in 1999. Awarded the prestigious 2001 PRSA Silver Anvil Award for Excellence in Integrated Communications for a Consumer Service.
  • Crafted and spearheaded communications programs in support of numerous site strategy initiatives for Fidelity. The most comprehensive one being for Fidelity Institutional, which called for a significant and complex relocation of close to 1,000 jobs across the country in multiple sites. The rationale, messaging and all activities very well received and helped to minimize associate attrition.
  • Spearheaded a cross-FIdelity regional communications team with partners in Communications, Community Relations, Government Relations, Public Affairs, Meetings & Events, Media Relations, Technology, and Human Resources that ably served Fidelity's regional leadership team and delivered creative, thoughtful communications to associates in 10 sites across the U.S.
