I also personally coach and support senior executives with their storyline development, messaging and communications delivery. As a client service leader, I oversaw integrated communications programs and teams in support of our relationships with Fidelity Investments, Philips Electronics and Toshiba. I also consulted with a number of dot-coms and crafted and led new business pitches, often in collaboration with other Omnicom partners. Served as a member of the agency's senior Operating Committee.
As a member of the Public Relations senior team, I consulted with senior executives and oversaw PR programs for clients including Century 21, Fleet Bank, Ocean Spray, and S.D. Warren. Oftentimes, these programs required close collaboration with advertising, marketing, and digital communications colleagues.
I was a client services leader in Burson's Consumer Practice. My clients included Bausch & Lomb, DuPont, GE, Warner Lambert Company, and KeyCorp. I collaborated closely with Young & Rubicam and other sister agencies. My expertise was in reputation management, brand building and product and service launches.
My focus at this time was in B2B communications. I created and executed integrated advertising and PR programs for DuPont, General Chemical and a small printing plate manufacturer in the Midwest.
Given my strong performance and potential, I was promoted from an Account Executive to Account Supervisor within first year. Both an individual contributor and team leader that provided stand-alone and integrated advertising and PR programs for clients such as International Paper, S.C. Johnson Wax, Windmoeller & Hoelscher, and the Flexographic Association of America.
Wrote and edited press releases, feature stories and marketing collateral and supported trade show activities. Served as a liaison with internal business partners and our external PR agency partner.
