• Assist Risk Management team with liability compliance, sexual harassment, harassment in the workplace, etiquette, and how to reduce liability by implementing better polices related to specific sites
• Bid on new opportunities, price and execute them by assisting the Operation's Department in job assumption
• Maintain a good working relationship with many union locals in the Tri-State area to ensure CBA compliance
• Advise all clients on how to implement Reduction in Labor Force (RIF), during the Coronavirus (COVID-19), World Pandemic of 2020 according to CDC guidelines and agreed upon MOA's between the RAB and Local Unions
• Manage NYCHA – COVID-19 Office Personnel during the pandemic of 2020; total of 100 office units
Oversaw operations of this New York City organization – approximately 2,500 union employees
Created and implemented company policies and procedures related to safety, security mandates, OSHA, PTO, sexual harassment, and discrimination in the workplace
Managed the largest operation – partnership with Related Companies at 10 Hudson Yards, the largest Real Estate development project in the United States
Controlled expenditures and cost-control of all building budgets and analyzed P&L's of individual accounts to ensure budgets were within the targeted goals
Collaborated effectively with ownership to maintain budgets, bidding standards, business development, job estimations, negotiations, in order to improve profitability
Advised the Vice-President of Labor Relations in all union CBA negotiations, and requirements for commercial and residential contracts
