The mission of the Graduate Program in Homeland
Security is to produce leaders from a variety of educational and professional
backgrounds who can effectively and efficiently identify, design, and mobilize
the appropriate resources to prevent, deter, preempt, defend against, and
respond to terrorist attacks and/or other critical incidents and emergencies on
the local, regional, national and international levels.
I conduct research and provide instructions to
develop partnerships and resources involving:
a)leadership resilience, b)complex transformational
risk management governance, c)safety and security behavior strategies, d)global
mobility assistance, e)cyber security vulnerability, f)conflict-dispute resolution, g)creative chaos, h)media threats, i)and humanitarian relief.
- Specific “first
responder” orientations prepare military, law enforcement and medical personnel
to traverse PTSD, hyper-vigilance and traumatic growth challenges during and
after extreme events.

Achievement–2015- Discovered business generating,
collaboration strategies, for maintaining selected stadiums, arenas, and mega
venues, utilizations during disasters.
