  • Managed the daily functions of operators, programmers and network personnel.
  • I was also responsible for the development of CRM, WSM and a mobile point of sale packages that played key roles in growing Kesterson's into one of the Top 50 Foodservice companies in the nation.
  • We were later acquired by US Foods in 2000.
  • Developed a pc based inventory management/order entry system for our sales force and our customers, this package helped Kesterson to develop a very strong relationship with our customers.
  • Developed a warehouse management system that allowed us to reduce the number of touches by 38%, this lead to reduced damages, reduced warehouse hours and reduced inventory levels while achieving a higher level of service to our customers.
  • Developed a commission package that allowed us to add or remove variables to help influence the behavior we needed to reach stated goals.
  • Developed a pick to pallet system that allowed for better utilization of our van fleet, reduce damage and reduce delivery time.

  • The team was responsible for testing new hardware and software configurations that would allow users to access the systems concurrently from multiple locations.
  • Developed three applications to be used within the CIS package.
  • Media library application was used to catalog all the media types housed at the church, included a module to check items in and out to members.
  • Giving application was used to record and report the giving within the membership.
  • Member/Attendance application was used to log the membership of the church and their attendance to various church related function.
  • Configured hardware components to match the needs of the customers and the applications to be installed.
