Wrote an IACUC approved protocol for an In Vivo study of an orthotopic murine bladder cancer model.
Gained proficiency in cell culture techniques, flow cytometry protocols, use of IVIS imaging system equipment, and multiple murine procedures including retro-orbital, intraperitoneal, and subcutaneous injections, as well as catheterization for intravesical tumor implantation.
Involved in study design for a proposed clinical trial regarding treatment of bladder cancer with intravesical HDAC inhibitor and administration of PD-1 inhibitors based of completed In Vitro and In Vivo work.
