Analyze individual cases and provide consultation to clients, to maintain unemployment cost control. Consult and maintain, several client accounts, who may require special procedures and attention.

Reviewed unemployment decisions in order to consult and prepare employer witnesses for upcoming hearings. Provided witness information, supporting documentation and representation if necessary.
