I have an extensive law enforcement background that I have been a part of for over four years in which I have experience in deterring firearms trafficking, and have had hands on weapons training daily for which I have become particularly experienced in within the last two years since being stationed in the Los Angeles area. I am currently a Coast Guard Boarding Officer which authorizes me to board any vessel to ensure compliance with federal laws and regulations. During such time, I am always putting hands on firearms, ensuring they are safe for operation and am constantly armed while in a law enforcement environment. Although I am "out of rate" in the Coast Guard, my rating job is a Machinery Technician, in which I am constantly working to fix and maintain the engineering operational status. Over the past five years of employment in the Coast Guard, I have become especially meticulous with the small things and am always aware of my surroundings.
