Accomplishments

Through a self-led gap analysis, I alerted executives of several gaps and risks to the Data Center Relocation project. For example, I communicated a critical gap with the Distributed Systems Team not being scoped for the DC Relocation activities. To mitigate customer satisfaction issues, I volunteered to lead the Distributed Systems transformation and the subsequent technology integration for a large complex DC Relocation project. This resolved customer satisfaction issues and prevented a delay in the transformation project schedule. Budget allocated for this project was $4.7, which included HW & SW costs. I successfully launched the transformation project within 1 week of receiving sign-off from executives. I closed transformation successfully under 20 months and under budget by 665K.


While on the same project, I developed process improvement initiatives for server build process, triage and hypercare for use within the department. In addition, I spearheaded a department-wide innovation initiative resulting in developing a knowledge transfer repeatable model project plan, which improved KT efforts and customer satisfaction ratings by 50%.
