In 2013 was honored to be chosen as the top performing supervisor for my flexibility and focused determination to transition brand new employees to the company from the training environment to the production floor. During the transition period of 3 weeks for each new employee I was able to coach 85% of all participants to a place where they were meeting and exceeding all performance metrics for the Billing Representative job.
