Handle customer transactions, make change, give directions and assistance to patrons and prepare daily deposits. Trained and gave direction to new collectors. Prepared break schedules. Worked as plaza manager in their abscence, answered phones, took collector cancelations and requests for days off and filled those shifts, visited stations in the section to update schedules, collect daily paper work and assist collectors with any issues. Worked with dispatcher and state police with any problems with traffic or patrons in our section.

Hired prior to Bank opening. Helped in setup of operations including supplies for daily operation and aided in creating the policies and procedures. Once Bank opened for business supervised, scheduled, trained, and monitored teller staff of 5 to assure quality customer service. Resolved problems, operated teller window, entered and retrieved computer date, opened new accounts, and assisted in creating various manuels. Assisted in the setup and opening of new branches.
Balance daily receipts, prepare deposit, research and correct errors made by cashiers. Review receiving paper work and worked with Receiving Manager on controlling incoming inventory and prepared damaged inventory for return to venders. Also assisted in other areas of store such as front end, telemarketing and copy center. Worked daily with customers both in store and on phone. Helped in setup of new stores and trained new cashiers and operations associates.
