Was promoted to territory manager in 2010 from route duties. During this time I learned new operating systems (Citrix) and trained with Microsoft products such as excel. We started with palm pilot technology and have sense migrated over to phone app systems and IR readers. I am adaptable to changing environments. My first year seen over a 50% increase in overall sales for the area and another 25% the next year. I am self motivated and self managing. I am capable of being directed from afar (my direct supervisor has an office over two states away) and entrusted to carry out duties and report back. I believe communication is the key to success while spread out over multiple areas. I have developed a strong ability to prioritizing work flow and attitude to create an environment of efficiency where concerning my people.
While my background largely concerns more physical problem solving and building skills, it has given me a very capable and positive "can overcome" attitude when talking about problem solving. My current position has allowed me to take those skills and apply them to large scale business models where finding a solution to "get it done" means saving time and money.
I am involved in all aspects of our business from running routes where coverage is needed, to training/hiring/coaching/discharging of employees. I also take care of all office needs, both behind the computer and in the warehouse. I coordinate our routes to be efficiently run and adjust them on the fly when projects or work orders come in to play. In short, if it needs to get done, I will find a way to get it done.
I am responsible for ordering of inventory, flow of product, and levels on hand. We deal in large amounts of loose cash that has to be tracked extensively, which means audits are important both during the collection process and before to ensure trustworthiness.
I am highly trainable to most any application and am eager to learn something new every day.

I enjoy hiking/camping and other outdoor activities. The preparation and feeling of overcoming obstacles is an encouraging weekend achievement.
I also play several instruments and occasionally perform with various groups when time allows.
I also still dabble in construction (mostly for myself and friends) as I enjoy wood working and building.
I live on a small farm where I raise a few cattle.
My most recent activities have included doing some video production work with a friend of mine where we create video content for musicians and YouTube content. This has allowed me to also begin to learn to do editing work with Adobe Premier and some of its various expanded apps.
Other things that I engage in occasionally:
Scuba Diving
Golf
Drones
Gaming
Short story writing (unpublished)
I have taken and passed the AAA safe driving course while employed at UPA. I have a certificate of achievement that can be presented if needed.
I have taken and passed a management discrimination and harassment course while working for National Entertainment Network, which I also have a certificate of achievement for that as well.
I have several years worth of employee reviews with very high remarks from my supervisor that I would be happy to share as well, and of course these could be confirmed by contacting him as well.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to present you with my resume.
Sincerely
Chris Horn
