My name is Michael Solomon I am seeking an opportunity that will offer career growth and development in a position that will continue to commensurate my skills and personal growth as a tennis instructor. Having played all my life, the technical and fundamental parts of the game have become intrinsic to me on the court. I have taught tennis players of all different ages and skill levels at previous employments. With my experience and passion to coach, I believe i would be a perfect candidate for the position.
I have competed at high levels in tennis. I have won tournaments and was apart of my High School tennis team where we competed competeitively in the State tournament. I have also volunteered for a couple years at the annual special Olympics hosted by Bridgewater Raritan High school.
In my last job I was a tennis instructor for a variety of age groups that would go on during the day. Some of my responsibilities would be constructing players to courts based on skill level and organizing what drills to run correlating to what the "focus" for the day was.
In my last Job I managed the desk at the tennis club. I help organize programs and schedules. I was an extension of the Club supervisor.
When working for Green Knoll Tennis I was coaching kid clinics. I worked the weekends strictly with children. The programs focused on tournament training and skill building.
I worked at a camp for people with disabilities. During this experience I learned many things and really matured. Some skills I have picked up when working there I still use in everyday life scenarios. When working with people who depend on you and are helpless; it really opens up who you are as a person.
