  • Violations have come down below 1% of programs for all categories, in addition to facilitating the capture of review and remediation by field force management.
  • Developed and implemented the process to conduct quarterly HCP reviews against State Medical Board websites as well as FDA Warning Letters.
  • In coordination with the HSSG (Healthcare Strategies and Solutions Group), Legal and BU Compliance proactive reviews have been conducted resulting in the identification of over 100 HCPs barred from future consulting services and thus reducing the risk of Pfizer realizing future negative publicity.
  • Oversaw management of FMV (Fair Market Value) for speakers in coordination with the HSSG to ensure payment amounts to HCPs are commensurate with services provided.
  • Audit and CIA Management - Manage all aspects of Corporate Internal Audits and Corporate Integrity Agreement requirements as it pertains to speaker program activity including proactively conducting periodic audits of key compliance risks.
