Over my leadership of the Deli sales have improved from +10-25% and the Bakery sales that were -15% at times to nearly flat or up to +7% in comp sales, year to year. As a Restaurant Manager of Dunkin' Donuts I effectively managed all aspects of the business unit I was responsible for. The locations provided for $750,000 to $1.3mil per year sales (over the course of 4 business units.) Under my guidance of these four business units (OOB, George Donuts, Lyman Donuts, and So. Portland Donuts.)
