SAP/FLOconnect access Hires/Rehires- Grant access to FLOconnect (employee portal/website) by creating the following: SAP ESS authorization via SU01, ESS User ID on infotype 105, enterprise portal access (EPP), and HR portal access (HPP).
Terminations- Remove FLOconnect access by deleting the following: enterprise portal access (EPP) and HR portal access (HPP).
