  • Run all benefit reports weekly to make sure all records are up to date and correct
  • Info-type 8- Verify that all active employees basic pay records look correct
  • Info-type 207, 208, 209- Verify that all employees have the correct states listed in Residence Tax Area and Work Tax Area
  • SAP/FLOconnect access Hires/Rehires- Grant access to FLOconnect (employee portal/website) by creating the following: SAP ESS authorization via SU01, ESS User ID on infotype 105, enterprise portal access (EPP), and HR portal access (HPP).
  • Terminations- Remove FLOconnect access by deleting the following: enterprise portal access (EPP) and HR portal access (HPP).
  • SuccessFactors (Talent Management System) Convert employee photos to the correct format and prepare load sheet for HRIT.
  • Enter and update screening questions for recruiting module as needed.
  • Add HTML coding to job descriptions and load them for use in the recruiting module (postings).
  • Submit and Post Job Requisitions.
  • Help test to make sure all system functions are correct.
  • Compile notebooks/binders for training Filing, Decorating Offices Answering Phones as needed Assist in testing all our new systems and helping with all projects as needed.
