Graduated Cum Laude U.S. History. Special focus on New England Colonial History. Devoted my extra academic time and energy to art, with a focus on drawing, and, in my final year, on Sound Art Installation and Engineering, including creating sound pieces and podcasts with Adobe Audition, Audacity, and other audio software.
Studied Human Rights and Social Movements, all classes in Spanish, while living with an Argentine host family for one semester.

Studied, traveled, and lived with a host family in Thailand for six weeks. Attended Thai language and history classes.
Participated in a semester-long Vermont-based performing arts exchange with schools in China. Chosen as one of 25 students from a competitive number of applicants, helped to create original music, sets, and script for a production that toured schools and theaters throughout China for five weeks. Participated in a special curriculum designed for students of the program, with classes in Chinese Cultural Studies, Chinese Literature, Performing Arts, Music and Production.
