I'm a very dependable and reliable caregiver of various children with
around 9 years in childcare and watching children. Very flexible and adaptable with plenty of extensive knowledge in the field of child psychology and development. I'm 26 years of age, and I attend Lansing Community College, majoring in Child Development and/or Psychology of children. I've also taken various courses in child development through high school classes and college level courses, too. I've taken and completed 8 CHDV classes through LCC over the past few years of attendance. I have a very dependable background of working in general, and like to learn new things and I adapt easily to my surroundings. I'm currently working in an elementary school as a teaching assistant for behavioral support and help of children ages 6-9.
Rachel is my store manager in the store I used to work for with the Draves Family restaurants. I worked for her store for the past 5 years altogether, and 2 years at the Canal Mcdonald's store that I was hired at back in 2009.
I had worked for Renee and Chris Draves for the past 7 years. They own four Mcdonald's stores in Grand Ledge, Lansing and Potterville areas. I was a crew member that previously worked for them since graduating high school in 2009. I had recieved Employee of the Month at 2 of their stores I've worked for in Lansing. I used work there at an hourly wage for them at the rate of $9.45 per hour. My weekly hours ranged normally around 30-35 hours per week. They also gave raises every six months ranging, $0.10 to $0.15 cents more per hour.
These are the parents of Emily and Jacob, whom I've previously taken care of their 2 children. I started taking care of Emily when she was around 3 years old through ages 5-6. I also took care/responsibility of Jacob him during his infancy until he was about 2 1/2 to 3 years old. I was paid around 9.50 per hour for the care of them both. While care taking, I established and maintained a safe play environment for them both. I also monitored their children's play activities to verify safety and wellness. I taught their children personal care behaviors, including toilet training and feeding.
They are parents of two kids whom I'd taken care of over the past 5 years on and off. They have 2 kids aged 13 and 9 at the time. I made sure I established and maintained a safe play environment for their kids. I also made nutritious snacks and meals for their children and physically/verbally interacted with both of them throughout the day when I was caretaking by playing games, going on walks and talking to them regularly.
Coursework in Early Childhood Education, various subjects. Basic credits to transfer to higher educational university. I am debating between Western Michigan and Central Michigan. Currently working towards degree still, but will finish within the next few months.
