I became passionate about the healthcare field during my bachelors degree in Kinesiology at the University of Toronto. I was chosen to work alongside a Physiotherapist at Women's College Hospital in Cardiac Rehab in my third year, and then offered to work alongside a physical education teacher at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in my fourth year. Since then I have become registered as a Kinesiologist, I have created my own practice ran out of an Occupational Therapy clinic in Toronto Ontario, I have jump-started a women's wellness program at an inpatient women's unit at CAMH, and became certified to teach both adapted and Power Yoga.
