  • Perform non-pilot duties to support the IAH Chief Pilot, ACP, FQM's, Base Business Manager, office staff, FOSOC and pilots on daily operational and administrative duties.
  • Provide a first point of contact with pilots in administering and communicating operational policies, procedures and facilitation to resolve issues.
  • Directly responsible for administration of pilot retirements, early retirements, terminations, resignations and deaths of pilots based in IAH. Coordinate with FODM, FOSOC, Ramp Tower Ops and Stations Ops Center on retirement flights. Provide final vacation pay and accruals to pilot Crew Pay. Ensure MTB has been updated and separation letters have been prepared and sent to pilots. Responsible for collection of all company property from pilots.
  • Assist Chief Pilot in processing of all grievances ensuring entrance into the Grievance Library in SharePoint, emailing acknowledgement and decision letters, requesting hearing date information, assist with research and filing of grievance decisions.
  • Safety Action Team core member responsible for safety reminders, scheduling monthly meetings, safety drills, safety walks, repair order requests, encourage participation, document, update and maintain Safety Folder for the Safety Excellence Program.
  • Directly responsible for Occupational Injury Administration for pilots and office staff. Monitor and update OIS system and complete safety assessments and investigations.
  • Directly responsible for interacting with Facility Maintenance Control Center and Professional Janitorial Services to resolve facility issues with regard to operation, health and safety.
