  • Lead the salary planning process for all IDG companies, working with line HR to ensure that merit budgets are adhered to and that we are able to keep our employees within market range.
  • Provide accurate and up to date market data for line HR and make salary recommendations for new hires, promotions, and merit increases.
  • Assist the Director of Compensation with executive compensation planning and executive long term incentive calculations and payments.

  • Co lead for the Worldwide Employee Opinion survey, and serve as the direct point of contact for our international survey contacts.
  • Currently working on a team to implement a new HRIS system.  This has involved running many reports, creating an entirely new job coding system, and an evaluation of our current sales positions.
