  • Launch lead – lead the change management work stream on client transitions to the new ecommerce platform by developing strategies and plans that help to identify and mitigate risk, align leadership, as well as plan communications and training to ensure stakeholder readiness for launch so there is a seamless transition to future state. Clients include, Christopher and Banks, Petsmart, Steinmart, Spanx, Sony, Kenneth Cole.
  • Work with product managers on the new platform with merchandising requirements gathering, testing, UAT, QA. Define Requirements for functionality that needs to exist on the new platform in order to accommodate our client's current businesses.
  • Primary facilitator between clients and internal eBay stakeholders including account managers, technology organizations, subject matter experts, product management and program management for all project requirements related to merchandising.
  • Support client from beginning to end of web store launch, this includes being active/engaged in discovery, design, build, test and deploy phases and seeing all merchandising requirements through to live launch.
  • Lead development and execution of change management plan including organization readiness, communication & training; integrate to overall project plan and represent business needs and readiness.
  • Partner with Lead Project Manager & Business Leadership to align project milestones and risks and make sure they are incorporated into the overall project plan for the store launch.
  • Partner with training lead to identify & define training strategies to support the needs of the client.
  • Work within the new platform tool helping clients with store configurations, setting up navigation structure, optimizing SEO, getting products ready to go live on launch day.
  • Provide UAT, Soft launch and Post launch support all related to merchandising tasks for launch and post launch.
