  • Calculated Calibration ranges for: - Oxygen Analyzers - Densitometers - Refractometers - Water Analyzers - Near Infrared analyzer (NIR) LPC Impact: Started LPC process on time without any injuries. This was made possible because the Instruments and equipment were function-checked two weeks ahead of schedule. The Instrumentation in this project performed remarkably well enough, made quality DCB and Kept DuPont's neoprene customers intact. Innovation: Demonstrated capability of innovative, novel solutions to problems. The LPC process air Compressor was not designed according to DuPont specification by the vendor (Air Tech). In-order to avoid start-up delay, and the cost of sending the compressor off site for re- Designing, revised the compressor control logic, in addition, developed a simpler Less complicated method for calibrating the compressor unloader to match its logic Control functions.
