  • Manage the Guidance Office processes to include organizing and maintaining students' confidential records.
  • Heavy typing (i.e.
  • compose business letters, internal e-mails, create office forms, update standardize testing documentation for all students new to CMS, etc.).
  • Monitor, oversee and enter mandatory student immunization records per school/state compliance requirements.
  • Distribute incoming faxes, as well as student Driver's Eligibility and Youth Employment Certificates.

  • Mass distribution of rising 9th grade students' records for receiving high schools as well as specified outgoing 6th & 7th grade student records.
  • Attend on-going workshops and meetings to remain up-to-date on new CMS student registration/data manager policies and procedures; including any available computer/office procedures trainings for enhancement of current computer skills.
  • Data Manager for NC Wise Program; which requires printing of class rosters, arranging of teachers/staff ncwise security access, periodically update staff maintenance details.
  • Prepare Adobe files for mass printing of student report cards, trouble shoot teachers' missing mark report to assure accuracy of students' quarter/semester grade entries, enter student retentions as required, etc.
  • Follow through on the relevant entries of students' EOG Test Scores(s) to assure compliance is met per Principal's Verification Audit Roster(s).
  • Assure that the school's end of year ncwise processes are completed accordingly.
  • Miscellaneous task such as, periodically relieve front office staff with phone coverage during breaks/lunch, etc., back up support, to the Sr.
  • Administrative Secretary (payroll, order supplies), as well as assist with the overall organizing and preparation of the school's annual opening and closing processes/procedures.
