Experience
01/2020 to Current Site Supervisor Algonquin | Deerfield, MI,

As a site supervisor, I managed the umpires, parents, youth players, and other fans. I provided the umpires with game supplies and directed them to the field they were assigned to as well as dealing with problems that were out of their control such as fans or ejected players/coaches. After each game was played, I took the game cards and entered the scores in the bracket while moving each team accordingly and directing them to where their next game is being played. After the tournament is over I speak about each teams tournament run and hand out the awards to the teams that earned them. Everything was done in an organized and collected fashion to keep the tournaments running smoothly.
