Manage day-to-day operation of 14 JBPDS (Joint Biological Point Detection System) System,10 JNDCRS JUONS (Joint Nuclear Biological Chemical Reconnaissance System), 1 AT (Advance Threat System), 1 DRC (Domestic Response Capability, and support the 94F Class spanning across 5 states, Prepare training schedule inventories for JUONS System (J2), JBPDS system (BIDS), weekly maintenance schedule, monthly metrics report, and yearly GFE reports to Hub Leader, Maintain a stock of JUONS (J2) materials and JBPDS hardware costing over 5 millions. Provided input to program policies, procedures standards and determine site support levels, ensure employees are trained to meet current standard support requirements, provide technical advice to commanders, interfacing with the Prime Contractor, Government, and support units as required. Maintain a Maximo maintenance and supply databases, submit weekly equipment status reports and other documents as required, Manage parts and purchase requisition, and review supply stockages level.Maintain the site's maintenance library, manage the site's special and general tools program. Perform daily weekly, monthly, and yearly Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services on all CLS equipment.
Supervised of three personnel. Performs organizational, intermediate, and depot-level maintenance on Biological Defense Systems (BIDS) Equipment. Providing input to site support levels and ensure that employees are trained to meet current standard, provide technical advice; submit input for on-demand reports and interfacing with the Prime Contractor and support units as required. Installed and maintain all commercial off the shelf systems and military communication devices. Preform calibration, overhauling, diagnostic and troubleshooting of equipment to component level using appropriate technical manuals, schematic diagrams, special tools and equipment. Converse with customers, government agencies, manufactures to give and receive information on performance, Performs duties as Quality Control/Quality Assurance Inspector for incoming and outgoing equipment, products and services. Oversee work assignments for members of work crews and prioritize maintenance and supply activity. Provides on-the-job training, performs general logistics function, practices total 9001 principles and concepts; performs, verifies, and /or validated inventories; performs tracks and monitors parts procurement.
Supervised staff of 12 Biological Integrated Detection System (BIDS) electronic technicians and supply technicians in Southwest Asia. Manage the implementing of Quality Control Programs for the Southwest Asia Theater of Operation/Field Operation Plan for LESCO. Developed and evaluate regulations and policies that impact the Theater of Operations. Manage day to day operations, preform Quality Control inspections throughout Southwest Asia on a monthly basis; Bagram, Kandahar, Qatar, and Kuwait. Met with Battalion Commander and Company Commanders of the chemical element and the Logistics Support Element to obtain the needed military resources or facilities. Coordinate with Kuwait movement control team to ensure that LESCO personnel and equipment arrive at the proper destination. Assign as the Theater Coordinator/Quality Control in Southwest Asia (SWA) during Enduring Freedom/Iraq Freedom. Apply technical knowledge of electronics principles in determining equipment malfunctions, and apply skill in restoring equipment to operations; and use of comprehensive technical knowledge to solve complex problems by interpreting manufactures' manuals or similar documents.
Repaired simulated systems, Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement Systems (Miles), Air-to-Ground Engagement Systems (Ages) plus (Ages II) Systems. Employed standard troubleshooting methods using technical manuals, wiring schematics, block diagrams, and drawings to rapidly isolate malfunctions in system wiring, sub assembles, and other components. Performed Site Leader duties in the absence of the Site Manager. Responsibility include generating multitude of reports, handling petty cash, inventory, shipping/receiving and time card. Selected as a member of the "Germany Sweep Team" to assist with the repair multitude of miles equipment in Germany.
