Accomplishments
I have been recommended to test for or take training courses for management positions in nearly every job I have ever held.  I enjoy being a leader, especially when my team all works together in harmony. I thrive in competitive environments where I can show how well I can perform, especially when compared to others. (I use this to motivate not only myself, but also others around me.)
Experience
Shopper, 07/2016 to Current
Coborn'sPrinceton, MN,
I am about to celebrate my two month anniversary of my first shop with Shipt.  While I thoroughly enjoy the physical parts of the job, I feel like I am better suited at Headquarters providing customer and shopper service.
Produce Clerk, 02/2015 to 06/2016
Sprouts Farmers MarketHurst, TX,
I started at the Gardendale location as a Stock Clerk and earned Full Time by my 90-Day Evaluation.  I also began receiving training to become a Produce Assistant Manager.  I was asked to transfer to the Lee Branch location due to it being severely understaffed.  I, with my boss, brought the store back from the brink of catastrophe and got the department running smoothly again.  I left the company due to a dispute with their tardiness policy.  When wrecks on the interstate caused me to be 10-20 minutes late multiple times in a six month period, they wanted to suspend me.  I was told that I needed to leave for work "Three to Four hours early to make sure I made it to work on time".  I found this to be egregious, so I left to become a Shipt Shopper full time.
Produce Clerk, 08/2014 to 01/2015
Sprouts Farmers MarketKansas City, MO,
I stocked  Produce at the Winn Dixie at Inverness Corners.  This was just a transitional position that I had to leave when my apartment's lease ran out.  I was asked to stay permanently and take training to become an Assistant Manager, however I could not afford to stay in that part of town.
In-Shop Employee, 07/2014 to 01/2015
Jimmy JohnsCity, STATE,
I ran the Cash Register as well as made sandwiches.  I also aided in training new-hires in both areas when the managers were busy.  I helped open the Jimmy Johns location on Highway 280 near Inverness Corners. (Previously was Mama Goldbergs).  I was offered to be sent to Illinois for training to become a Manager while at the Hoover store, but could not handle the tedious hours nor the workload.  At the Inverness location, I was offered to be trained to be their Advertisement Manager (I would take sandwich samples to nearby office buildings and be the Public Relations person.)  I had to decline because my apartment lease ran out and I could not afford to stay in that part of town.
