I am seeking a career with the Learning department at Amazon's EWR4 Fulfillment center.
I have been employed on the EWR4 outbound ship dock since start date of September 2014. Job duties include working in the trailers building walls, working in the palletize area building pallets, scanning and stacking totes for shipment in the transshipment area, working in the flat sort area both inducting and jam clearing, and TDR team duties. Became a ship dock ambassador in October of 2014 and have trained both associates and managers in all areas of the ship dock and safety school when needed.

Received a recognition award from my first manager Kimberly Umbenhauer during our first peak season in 2014 for a perfect wall built during a peak season that still stands as the only one. Constantly strive to build perfect walls and pallets and train other associates to take pride in their jobs and do the same. Always volunteer to stay late and help out when needed. Take personal pride that almost everyone I've had the opportunity to train is still employed with Amazon, be it on the manager level or associate level, some who have since moved up to the PA level. My pride in being an ambassador and training for Amazon has been what has kept me from moving forward because I didn't want to give up the training aspect of the ambassador position.
