Serve as a victim advocate for sexual assault survivors and their families. Follow-up and referrals, crisis counseling and court advocacy. Answers crisis line and respond to Emergency Room for sexual assault/domestic violence victims. Work closely with Doctors, Forensic Nurses, District Attorney's Office, Sherriff's Department, DCFS, and other grass root organizations. Provide training and supervision to new advocates as needed. Managed client case management logs. Compiles, interprets, and enters data into SARS Statistical/Service Tracking System. Prepares monthly statistical reports related to provision of client services. Maintains/updates SARS Policies and Procedures manual. Performs necessary front office/reception duties. Operates fax, typewriter, copier and other office equipment. Maintain and Participate in the Local Community Service Network to Ensure Appropriate Response to Victim's Needs
